Description
Cookie Decorating Class
During the class, the students work with royal icing and how to make a perfectly flooded cookie, in order, to learn all the basics of working with royal icing.
The students experiment with drop-in and wet-on-wet techniques. We take pictures of all the cookies to help you build up a portfolio.
The students use piping consistency royal icing to add details such as borders and lettering.
Julie will also give a demo on how to bake the perfect cookie for decorating.
